OBJECTIVE: Build a new website for the Arundel Paddle Tennis Club, replacing their existing site which was outdated, difficult to maintain, and not mobile friendly.
Colors and Style Guide
Based on the existing club logo that the client wanted to preserve and inspired by the colors of the paddle court, I created a color palette with rich hues that would really pop on a digital screen.
Mobile Interface
Aside from being outdated, a major factor driving the project was the need for a mobile-first interface that club members could easily navigate while on the go. Here’s a before and after of the weekly court schedule page.
Photography and Drone Footage
To generate a library of full-scale images for the website, I shot photographs and drone footage of the club, highlighting the beautiful property and peaceful, woodsy surroundings.
